How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping: Please choose your method of shipping at the appropriate point during the checkout process. Expedited shipments are available. Once an item is added to the cart, you can estimate your shipping prior to check out.
Backorders: Cool Tech Central will not charge shipping on backordered items, i.e. regularly stocked items that are not in stock when your order is placed. Your backorder will be shipped FREE freight when the out of stock product arrives and is shipped to you.
Future orders: If you order NEW product from Cool Tech Central that is not in stock as marked on the website (pre-ordered item(s)), it will ship to you when it comes in as a separate shipment. Regular shipping charges will apply.
I just placed an order with you. When will it ship out?
Provided that the items on your order are in stock, we will begin to process it immediately within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days. On Express, 2-Day and Next Day orders, any order placed by 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will ship that same day (weekends and holidays excepted). Once you've placed an order at Cool Tech Central, you will receive an e-mail confirmation saying that we've received and are processing your order. You will receive a second e-mail notifying you that the order has been shipped. Out-of-stock items are shipped when they become available. If Express, 2-Day or Next Day shipping was chosen on the original order, Cool Tech Central reserves the right to ship backordered items by a downgraded shipping method.
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Provided the items in your order are in stock, we'll ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days. Once a package has shipped out, if you are shipping to a domestic U.S. address, it generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery (up to 10 business days in some cases). International shipping generally takes 5-10 business days for delivery (up to 15 business days in some cases). express service and the transit time is determined based on customer selection during the check-out process. A street address is required for express delivery (no PO boxes).
Do you guarantee my order? What happens if I'm not satisfied with it?
We stand behind every product we sell. Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them.
We know you'll love our great products as much as we do. But if you choose to return any non-sale item, for any reason, within 30 days of original delivery, we'll give a full refund less shipping & handling charges (credited to your credit card account) upon your return of the item in its original condition - no-questions-asked.
If the package show signs of damage when it arrives, don't accept delivery unless you can determined that the item inside is undamaged. There are no returns on sale items or on any item after 30 days from delivery. For this reason, it's important that you examine all items carefully upon delivery.
To Return an Item:
- Call us at 1-866-954-2665 or email us at info@cooltechcentral.com for specific instruction on where and how to send it.
- Send the item as instructed, specifying your request for either a refund or a replacement.
- If you are requesting a replacement, we will immediately send you an identical, undamaged item.
- If you are requesting a refund, we will credit your credit card account (after we've confirmed that the returned item is in unused or as-new salable condition) in the full amount of your purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. All 30 days for the refund amount to be posted to your account.
