Sharing a successful law practice with his longtime friend, Sam Moss (BEN BROWDER, TV s Farscape, A Kiss Before Dying ), Addison s career is on the rise, and he has all the comforts that money can buy a luxurious home, a beautiful sexy wife (SEAN YOUNG Blade Runner, Firebirds, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective ) and a bright young son.
Arriving home from work lat one night Addison s life is suddenly turned upside down. He finds his wife brutally murdered and learns that his son is unconscious and in critical condition at the hospital. On the wall, above the bed, he reads the chilling words WE RE EVEN NOW. Targeted as a prime suspect by the police, Addison must race To find the real killer and prove his innocence before it is too late. As Addison begins his own investigation, he discovers that Sonny Bruton (MARK HANSON The Prodigy , Man of the House ), a criminal that he once prosecuted and sent to prison for life, had unexpectedly been released and becomes his prime suspect. But the police do not buy Addison s theory.
Out of desperation, with nowhere else to turn. Addison reluctantly Must put his trust in Jesus Vargas (GIANCARLO ESPOSITO Ali, The Usual Suspects ), an ex-cop who had worded on the Bruton case. The catch is that Addison was personally responsible for ending Vargas career in law enforcement, and Vargas despises him for it. Vargas only reason for helping Addison is that he once again can do what he loves the most: act out his passion as a cop working the streets. In order to solve the case and find the true killer, both men must set aside their differences and put their live on the line.
As their search ensues. Hard truths become revealed and dark secrets Begin to surface. As the ring of suspects closes in around Addison, he finds himself questioning the people he trusted most as he discovers that EVERYONE has a KILLER WITHIN.
